The Gallup daily tracking poll has President Obama's approval rate back up at 51%.

3. How is 2% from his all time low a "bounce?"
Bush's approval rating was in the sewer before 9/11 (one of the reasons I believe they LIHOP). Bush approval went down and down from there. By the end of the tenure of his appointment by the Supreme Court, it was BACK in the sewer at around 21%.
I don't see Obama's approval going that low any time soon. After all, he has one thing that Bush does not. A brain!

His all-time low is 47% in Gallup.

7. Note the hypocricy. Obama has a majority of support and has for a long time despite
the depression/recession!

This is a major feat given that most tv is republican propaganda and he has a whole network against him.
