We need to really start fighting back against this crap that passing hcr will be through some "jamming", "ramming" or "cramming" it through Congress in some extraordinary way.
It wont.
It passed the Senate the regular way with 60 votes to overcome a filibuster.
It will pass the House in the standard 50% way.
A few small fixes will be done through Reconciliation.
The 2,700 page bill was already passed the old fashioned way on Christmas Eve in the Senate.
