W. PA TV stations have a blizzard of ads against HCR. "Call Jason Altmire and thank him for
standing up for jobs and against the HC bill in congress" is the final statement in the ad. Altmire(D) was a "No" on the original house vote. He is a lobbyist for UPMC, one of the largest (maybe the largest) health care providers and insurers in the area.

2. It seems like a waste of ad money; they could just slip a brown envelope loaded with cash
to him at one of those expensive DC restaurants to get his "No" vote. He would take it.

3. He uses the excuse the bill is too expensive, but when it's proven to save
money he still says he will not vote for it. Why have elections when he ignores the voters?
