NY Mayor is a wus afraid to run against Gillibrand tries to get his girlfriend to run for NY Senate.
He paid 65 million to win a third term as NY City Mayor but wants to control the Senate seat also.

He is afraid to step down as Mayor(legally he would not have to) but to cover a very fractured state he would need to.

3. James Wolfensohn was President of the World Bank from 1995 to 2005.
I don't happen to know his connection to Taylor.
