Lincoln Never Quits!!! Obama declares 'I don't quit' in State of Union
Abraham Lincoln Didn't Quit

Probably the greatest example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. If you want to learn about somebody who didn't quit, look no further.
Born into poverty, Lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown.
He could have quit many times - but he didn't and because he didn't quit, he became one of the greatest presidents in the history of our country.

AFP - President Barack Obama vowed he would "never stop fighting" for struggling Americans, in a fiery political counter-attack meant to mend Democratic morale and his frayed bond with voters.

"I'll never stop fighting to give every American a fair shake," Obama said at a town-hall style meeting in the rust-belt state of Ohio.

Posing as the champion of regular people, Obama added: "I can promise you, there will be more fights in the days ahead."

Obama implored lawmakers to press forward with his prized health care overhaul, in severe danger in Congress. “Do not walk away from reform,” he said. “Not now. Not when we are so close.”
