Ellsworth Is A Yes

Huffington Post and Greg Sargent are reporting that Rep. Brad Ellsworth (D-IN), a pro-life Democrat, is voting yes on health care. In a statement, Ellsworth says that he decided to vote yes after receiving assurances from the Catholic Health Association and Catholic nuns that the legislation upholds the Hyde Amendment.

Sorry, corrected that. Ellsworth was a yes before, wavering now. Kosmas was the flipper.

3. He can't make up his mind.
He lives in a district where voters probably don't think or understand anything.

And then he is probably conflicted because he will be running for U.S. Senator. So his constituents will be the whole state instead of the 8th District.

4. So surprised at Kosmas flip, maybe all the calls helped
I've made several over the past few weeks plus e-mails. I guess the pressure was on and she wants to keep her seat. I'm happy she relented.
