What is interesting that Boehner wanted the votes on the record with a roll call.
But he wouldn't require Americans to make their vote public at elections.

1. The yeas and nays will come out a few minutes later...
....and will be on thomas.loc.gov tomorrow.

It's a recorded vote, but not a roll-call vote.

These people cling to the belief they can run against this bill in the fall, and video of someone standing and saying 'Aye!' they think would be useful.
