"The President will honor the 2010 National Teacher of the Year and the state teachers of the year from all across the country at an event in the Rose Garden. Dr. Jill Biden and Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will join the President for the event. Every President since Harry S. Truman has continued the Presidential tradition of honoring the country’s finest educators."
