In other words, Republicans will attack him tomorrow regardless. Which leaves him free to do what he wishes in that regard.

He got up and walked out of the room without any help, so it doesn't appear as though he was seriously ill or anything.

Possibly low blood sugar? Maybe he's normally a breakfast eater, but skipped it this morning because he had this testimony scheduled? :shrug:
