Sarah Palin Thinks Cops Should Just Let You Smoke Pot, But Doesn’t Support Legalization

Sarah Palin was on FOX Business News with Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) when she let fly that while she doesn’t support full legalization of Marijuana she thinks you should pretty much be allowed to do whatever you want in your own home, including having a joint if you damn well feel like it.

“If somebody’s gonna smoke a joint in their house and not do anybody else any harm, then perhaps there are other things our cops should be looking at to engage in and try to clean up some of the other problems that we have in society.”

Palin’s a self-professed former pothead, but she stops short of supporting legalization saying that she thinks it sets a bad example for kids. Her kids can’t seem to avoid being spermed on by nasty snow-hippies, so maybe she’s got a point about drug use and maturity.

Actually, Yes..I do.

I believe that every community should pass ordinances making pot the lowest possible priority.

I think we should require 10 "spitting on the sidewalk" tickets be issued by an officer before he could bust anyone carrying...growing..or using cannabis.If he hasn't filled his quota of spitting tickets,then he would be s.o.l. on the pot bust.

Stupid woman. Let's face it, we CAN and do smoke in the privacy of our own homes, that's not the point. It's the fact that we should have to hide, it's much safer than a lot of things you can do freely in public and in some cases is actually beneficial to your health.

I'm glad she said this...let's keep it handy in the event that she wants to run for office again. Maybe the backwoods dudes in Alaska are giving her a thumbs up, but the many Christians who think pot is no different than herion will go nuts.

And that is why they can support "decriminalization" for personal use, but never full legalization.
