This judge rattles off some of the most asinine half-baked spin you will ever hear, and Shep actually calls him on it. Bravo for the lone voice of sanity on the "festival of ignorance" network.

2. I must confess I watch him from time to time.

He's on at the same time as Chris Matthews and when I can't take Matthews anymore, I flip the channel to Shep.
Even when I don't agree with him - he's not obnoxious. He seems to report more than discuss.

7. I find him objective. Faux nauseates me, but he is a good guy at heart, IMO.

Will just need to wait and see if he backtracks on this like he has other stuff that doesn't fit the agenda of the people who sign his check.

Of course, he will apologize/backtrack tomorrow (as per usual), but I am glad he took this stand.

I would love to see Shep on MSNBC where he can speak his mind more often. He WAS the Katrina coverage - bar none.
