"TENS OF THOUSANDS" - Vilsack

This is not a discussion of whether you find him fitting or not. However, I do want to talk about this statement. What has been going on in the DOA and how long has this been going on? I realize Obama appointed many of his people to clean up and some have made mistakes Vilsack and Salazar come to mind.

But what did Bush and any other president before him leave in their way?! I wonder how far this goes back. I know the "40 acres and a mule" must fall into this category. How many cases are like this in reality (I want a number---Tens of Thousands---freaks me out)? What have these Presidents been doing to the American people? Especially our Farmers.

I get the feeling that Agricultural reform legislation might be in order here.
