Vice President Joe Biden will travel to Fort Drum to welcome 10th Mountain Division soldiers home from Iraq.

He and his wife Jill Biden will speak at a welcome-home ceremony for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team on Wednesday afternoon at the northern New York fort.

The 2nd Brigade Combat Team has had three deployments to Afghanistan and four to Iraq.

The welcome-home ceremony at Fort Drum is one of many this summer as the United States winds down its combat mission in Iraq.
