GQ: Woman says Rand Paul kidnapped her in college, 'tried to force me to take bong hits'

Rand Paul's educational experience was under scrutiny last week when the Lexington Herald-Leader reported that the ophthalmologist never got a bachelor's degree. (He left Baylor University in Texas early when Duke accepted him in its medical school.) Now GQ has an article on Paul's college years that is likely to raise more questions.

The strangest episode of Paul's time at Baylor occurred one afternoon in 1983 (although memories about all of these events are understandably a bit hazy, so the date might be slightly off), when he and a NoZe brother paid a visit to a female student who was one of Paul's teammates on the Baylor swim team. According to this woman, who requested anonymity because of her current job as a clinical psychologist, "He and Randy came to my house, they knocked on my door, and then they blindfolded me, tied me up, and put me in their car. They took me to their apartment and tried to force me to take bong hits. They'd been smoking pot." After the woman refused to smoke with them, Paul and his friend put her back in their car and drove to the countryside outside of Waco, where they stopped near a creek. "They told me their god was 'Aqua Buddha' and that I needed to bow down and worship him," the woman recalls. "They blindfolded me and made me bow down to 'Aqua Buddha' in the creek. I had to say, 'I worship you Aqua Buddha, I worship you.' At Baylor, there were people actively going around trying to save you and we had to go to chapel, so worshiping idols was a big no-no."

Asked by reporter Jason Zengerle about the incident, Paul's spokesman did not directly respond.

According to a recent Time article, Paul does not support legalizing marijuana.

Rand Paul is obviously still drinking the bong water too.

This smells a little more of rich-daddy string pulling. Getting kicked out of college would have hurt Rand's getting into ANY medical school, so...

9. Will this run the rounds of the MSM over and over
stopping and starting again like the Al Gore mess did. Bet Fox won't post this. Wonder if the National Enquirer will give it a nod.

10. Well, considering some of the crazy friends I had in college.
I can't really say much about that.

Rand Paul is nuts anyway, no crazy tales of pot induced frat boy escapades needed to know that.

Although the pot is something I partook in at college, I have to say I never kidnapped anyone or forced them to bow down and pray to strange gods.

21. I would put this in the same catagory as...
...the woman who accused Al Gore of molesting her.

In any case, whether true or not, whether it's Al Gore, Rand Paul or Tiger Woods...women who come out of the woodwork at opportune times are just plain sleazy.

If someone is harmed they should immediately call 911...not wait until they can benefit from it.
