It's been weeks since Congress approved the Consumer Financial Protection Agency, and months since it's been fait accompli. Tim Geithner was appointed acting head of the CFPA, and is laboring to staff the thing even as I write.
So... what's Obama waiting for? Why can't he name someone to head the thing?
