Is this 60% the "professional left", as well?

Gibbs:

“They will be satisfied when we have Canadian healthcare and we’ve eliminated the Pentagon. That’s not reality.”

December 2009: Polls taken reveal that http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE5B20OL20091203">at least 60% of the American public in favor of the public option.

The White House is apparently under the delusion that the Democratic rank-and-file consists of moderately socially-liberal Wall St. bankers and K-Street lobbyists who they lunch with and whose children attend the same private schools as their own.

2. i WILL be satisfied when we have Canadian Healthcare
which we WILL have, sooner or later (probably later). but i know eliminating the DoD is unrealistic. cutting it in half? that would satisfy me.

but i'm no professional.

4. Gibbs shot the administration in the foot
You have to be pretty insulated to think you can say what he said about the liberal wing of the Party and not face a firestorm.
