NOW a General talking to Rachel says there are 56,000 troops in Iraq...

...and that they have a goal of getting that down to 50,000 troops by September 1st.

Stay tuned for when the story changes again in ten minutes.

I am so glad that Obama is staying quiet tonight.

The story is 50,000 troops left by the end of August 2010.
