2. It's a montage of Biden welcoming the troops home at Fort Drum yesterday.

You may or may not disagree with the Iraq policy, but Biden does a good job of honoring the soldiers and explaining the administration policy. It's very easy and very popular for the MSM to portray Biden as a big goof, so I like to give him credit when credit is due.

My husband does a lot of travel out of the Syracuse airport. I always see people in uniform traveling to or from Fort Drum, so I felt a connection here.

This whole gaff thing is largely overplayed. Biden has a tendency to say what is on his mind. If anything, he is guilty of being too honest. And he doesn't take shit from anyone. Well, maybe the President.

35 years as a Senator, takes the train to work everyday...loves the troops like no other. Quite a man. He has carried the Democratic banner for a long time. A true "old" Dem.
