Tracking voting suppression and irregularities

I can't seem to find that someone has started this already, but if so, my apologies.

I was interested in having a thread listing voting "problems" for this midterm election.

Perhaps this could be a sticky thread with enough "problems".

1. Someone has already posted about trying to intimidate voters

in Hennpin County Minnesota, the republican stronghold. they sure want to be sure the big a**hole of the year Bachmann wins and the drunk Emmer for governor. Although in most polls he was almost 10 points behind, except Razzydazzle.
