3. Nasty, nasty stuff!!
I haven't drank any wine since 1976. That experience was so bad, it has kept me away from it for 34 yrs! The smell of wine nauseates me. Think of all the money I've saved!

4. LOL I'm that way with rum, cannot get near it since
and unfortunate experience after visiting the infamous Tiki Ti here in L.A. where they ONLY have rum drinks. OMG. I seriously thought I would have to go to the hospital.

7. How old were you, and what could you afford in 1976?
If I hadn't graduated beyond Boone's Farm and Annie Green Springs, I might well feel the way you do.

15. Two bottles of Boone's Farm.....
...a big mexican dinner, and three hours dancing. I heaved for hours! Swore I would never touch a drop of wine again and have held true to my word.

I'm not a big drinker. I'll have a Crown and Coke occasionally, but that's about it. I like the high, hate the puking, and it seems everything I drink makes me sick, so.....I learned.....the hard way.

12. Good choice, Pinot Noir is, after all, The Heartbreak Grape
It's such pleasant weather, I'm chilling a fine Sauvignon Blanc, it's fine acid bite goes well with Schadenfreude
