It's going to be very interesting to see the new Tea Party "winners" go to DC and get sucked into the Beltway. The RNC has already begun taking potshots at Palin and will not equivocate until she is destroyed politically.

Palin will respond with petty accusations and whoever is standing with her as Tea Party supporters will get stuck in a circular firing squad for political purity over political reality, which will be having to govern and not just catcall and say no.

The RNC, looking reluctantly at its stable of unelectable Presidential possibilities, will have to first take out Palin or be faced with a Christine O'Donnell 2.0.

All Obama and the Democrats have to do is prod the Republicans into their extremist traps that their base will clamor for. They will appear to be extremists and thusly will have the 2012 congressional races reverse.

Obama can play them like a cat would with a field full of poisoned mice.

2. TP and RNC are one and the same
TP was just a way for the GOP to get reborn under a manufactured "angry independent" populist smokescreen...

At the end of the day the TPers still have an "R" and not a "T" or "I" after their names...

Why has there never been any real questioning by media about the inconsistencies of the supposed teabag platform?? From the start, each candidate has had conflicting views on what their 'movement' represents -- It's a chameleon strategy, plain and simple: Don't answer too many specifics, and let the voters/media see whatever image they want...
