Lame duck congress should put in clear laws defining creating "perjury traps" as crimes!

So that we don't go through the same mess in the coming two years we went through with Clinton, or those who try to just get Obama on the stand with the intent to just get him to lie without any serious effort to investigate a criminal act should be guilty and PUNISHED for criminal acts themselves, as Ken Starr and company should have during Clinton's time.

If we make it clear, then our courts could perhaps start going after House members or those who they hire for investigations if they go too far.

If it can be passed by the House at the beginning of the year, and hopefully a filibuster-less Senate at the beginning of the year, then we'll hopefully keep any efforts in doing investigations honest.
