So Rand Paul says the Government doesn't create jobs, BUT...
Isn't that what the Teabaggers and GOP ran on, that Obama and the Democrats didn't create enough jobs to lower unemployment?

government to create jobs because they can't, taking government jobs, as in a senator? I suspect he will be taking a salary and signing up for some nice government health insurance and one great pension plan.

5. Yes. That is their belief.
They claim that government cannot create jobs by spending, and therefore Obama's attempts to create jobs by spending were foolish. They believe that the only way to create jobs is to slash taxes on corporations, allowing private industry to create jobs. This claim is contrary to all modern economic thought, but it's still what they believe.
