So, the President called this drunk last night and told him he had just

gone shopping. He bought a wide, wide broom and a new pen with "Veto" on it. The drunk sorta understood his meaning but said they could work together, hic,,,compromizzzze, hic, and all would be well.

In reality the President needs to take that broom and use it for his immediate circle, starting with Axelrod, Gibbs (how I would love a new Press Secretary), Jarrett and any other advisers in that circle from hell. I don't know what Dee Dee Myers is doing these days but I would certainly give her a call and chit chat for a while.
