3. Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce getting out the vote against Buck!
Coloradoans weren't about to let those stock market frauds tell us how to vote.

7. Most of the outstanding votes are in Boulder. bennet had big lead there.
I really thought this race was a loser.

11. Thank God. I worked SO hard for Bennet - 1000s of calls.
It was so much more difficult than the work I did for Obama in 2008 because all the calls I made were to "unaffiliateds." In CO that often means they're on the extremes of the political spectrum. You'd be amazed at the f-bombs people throw out over the phone.

17. No. Sanders already is included in the total. If we win Washington, we end up with 53
Bennett made it 52

Did a lot of canvassing for Bennet this year.

At least we got a few victories - Bennet, all the shitty state constitutional amendments like the Bad Three (Grover Norquist's wet dream), the personhood amendment, the anti-health-reform amendment, etc. all got shot down, and John Kefalas and Randy Fischer both got elected to the state house again!

13. 54 isn't enough to do anything. When we had 60 the Senate still couldn't
stand up to the RW.

19. its enough to keep control of the committees and the agenda
It erects a firewall against Senate repubs getting votes on bill coming from the House.

22. Yes! This.
In the Senate, Democrats chair the committees, they can take all the teabag-soaked trash that comes out of the House and throw it in the trash.

15. That's great news. This isn't like 94 at all. We can build on some of the successes from last night.
