It's "common" knowledge that Obama will be on GOP "ground."

enjoy the show as the Republicans and Tea Party folk try to get a long. It will be like watching the DU infighting on crack.

They and their media mouthpieces can easily blame their failures on Obama while he is still in office. They will refuse to compromise on anything, then accuse Obama of being unwilling to compromise if he doesn't give them everything they want. Because they know there's a good chance that enough of the American public will buy it.

Did you miss the part where said party just won a huge majority in the House? That is not the President's fault, evidenced by your own list of the Republicans' message.

We watered down legislation to appease them (surprise, they weren't appeased!)

They took what we gave them and proceeded to utterly kick our asses in an election. Well damn, I'm really surprised they didn't compromise with us.

We all know damn well that the Republicans won't give one millimeter, and
that they'll stab his back and talk smack about the Dems--any chance they
get.

The Republicans will continue to insist that the American people spoke
and sent them to DC to roll out their radical agenda. They'll overstate
what the election meant, and use it to make Dems and President Obama
look like petulant fools. Meanwhile, they'll blame every economic ill
and statistic on the Dems.

I applaud Obama for extending a humble opinion, but I hope he's prepared
to be treated like crapola by these sociopaths. It's all they know how
to do, and this group is worse than anything we've seen in decades.

If both parties continue to play like children in a playground, the voters will continue to replace those in office until the parties start to work together to solve problems.
