Is Sarah Palin A Formidable Foe Or A Flake?
Is she Sharron Angle or Ronald Reagan in a dress. I know it's fashionable around here to make fun of her and I do myself but I and we have been wrong about what appeals to a plurality or majority of our fellow Americans. Listing to her is like listening to fingernails on a chalk board but I can't help but feel there are many Americans that are swayed by her anecdotes, bromides, panaceas, and cliches.

2. Actually I think she is both a flake and a formidable foe. She
may end up scorching a lot of rethug tails. If this was some other country it would be entertaining and would make a good comedic movie. But still you just gotta chuckle for the fits she is gonna cause in the GOP.

3. Why does it have to be "OR" ???
I think we've lost to more than one flake in the past.

4. IMHO, The Two Are Mutually Exclusive
If she beats my candidate she's no flake.

7. Here's My Take On Sarah Palin.
I think this "aw shucks" demeanor is camouflage for her true self; her true self being a calculating, manipulative, cunning person whose overriding goal is to get what she wants. We "misunderestimate" her at our peril. She's Tony Soprano in a dress.

9. This Should Be Interesting
I am trying to think of similar candidates in American political history.

I think Reagan had the same similar appeal. I don't know about personalty.
