Maybe Issa should have led an investigation into why 3 Texas energy companies colluded to triple CA's energy prices, causing most of the people in CA to have their electricity costs doubled. You know, all of Enron's "phantom energy trades" that created a fraudulent energy shortage.

But noooo... can't have that. Blame it on the Democratic Governor in California, and get rid of him. :mad:
