Here's that graph Rachel Maddow had up last night:

I thought I knew all about the Bush tax cuts, but I about fell off the couch when she showed the final two bubbles.

I may have misunderstood what she said next, and if I did, that's my fault, not Rachel's - but -

take another look at that last large bubble in the Bush tax cuts -

before the war in Afghanistan

before the invasion of Iraq

before the economic meltdown

that's why we have a huge deficit!

5. I don't know why the DNC isn't running this as a commercial RIGHT NOW!

Last night Rachel showed all but the last two bubbles as she discussed the tax cuts, then she panned down to the final set. Like I said - very shocking!

11. +a brazillion. And isn't it so Democratic that the bubbles scale up in size

for a while and then stay the same size, as if saying, "Yeah, you've got enough. You really don't need more of a tax break than that." Apparently for Republicans, the more you have the more you get, and screw the poor.
