How is that a fair deal when the rich will not create ONE JOB with those tax cuts?

1. Thanks! Where did you get those numbers? I've been wondering about that.
No surprise its about seven-to-one. Why not just cut the top tax breaks to three months worth, or extend unemployment to about 30 million more unemployed/underemployed Americans?

2. Saw it in another thread. 140 billion is 700 over ten years divided by 5.

Not sure about the 18 billion number.

Actually, just read Krugman's article that 56 billion was used for unemployment. Edited original OP.
