4. The process set out in the bill, if I get it right -
President signs, probably next week.

President, Sec of Defence, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff certify.

Implementation at all levels of the military 60 days later.

I've heard ~ a 3 month process.

5. Thanks for the timeline. I was wondering how long it would take. Good to see a real
light at the end of what has been such a long tunnel.
