CNN inadvertently makes the case for more union participation, not less
From a very recent segment on CNN by Ali Velshi:

Skilled union workers average 917 per week/$47,684 yearly vs. skilled non-union workers who earn an average of $717 per week/$37,284 a year.

The contrast is even more stark between union service works and non-union service workers who average $707 weekly/$36,764 a year vs. a non-union average of $447 per week/$23,244 a year.

Republicans are not working for us, they are working for 'The Man'--as Democratic strategist Karen Finney put it yesterday on MSNBC regarding the standoff in Wisconsin.
