1. Yes. It happens to all presidents. An awesome and terribly stressful job.
Even W aged, and he didn't even understand half of what was going on, and denied being stressed about the other half. But he was.

5. He looks exctly the same. And when he cut his hair low and the gray wasn't as prominent,
he was accused of dying his hair. He can't win-even regarding his looks.

22. All guys and gals with dark hair start greying in mid to late 40s.
I think there is a mythology about Presidents aging more than other people which has come about because they are generally elected in their mid 40s to mid 50s. Amd that is an aging period for anybody.

Compared to blue collar people I've observed the political types don't age faster.

29. Exactly right.
I'm a few months older than the President. I'm graying at roughly the same rate as him, and as much as my life completely sucks right now, I don't have anywhere near the problem with which he has to deal.

8. Well if he hasn't,
I certainly have. In '08, I was deeply concerned about the path this country was taking. That path is developing ruts because we continue going nowhere. To use Obama's metaphor, the rethugs certainly drove the bus into the ditch, but it is so badly stuck, that he decided to set up camp and operate from there.

Evidently the tow truck has yet to be called.

20. No. I heard though, that presidency makes a person age 2x as fast
So in four years, they'll age 8 years.

23. I don't think he looks older, but I have been concerned about the changes in appearance.
Yes, I understand, it's the most stressful job in the world, and we shouldn't give a damn what our elected officials look like in the cosmetic sense. But for the last year especially, I have been worried about the president's health. He looks ill to me, particularly because of the obvious weight loss. So I hope he is staying on top of his health care.

28. It is hard to tell given the pictures having widly different expressions
but he certainly didn't age as much as I remember Carter having aged. Carter went in looking like someone my Dad's age and went out looking like someone my grandfather's age. In reality he is between those ages.

33. Yes.
I remember Carter, too. Of all the politicians I can remember, he aged the quickest over four years -- dramatic changes. Yet today, I don't think he looks in his late eighties.

32. I was thinking more like three years, seven months in two years.
That's nine months in the first year, and two years, ten months in the second year.

Or maybe seven and a half months in the first year and two years, eleven and a half months in the second.

I may have counted wrong though.
