how would you suggest we use our military to stop the gang rapes in the Congo?

Would tomahawk missiles be effective there? Do we have guided missiles that will blow off the penis' of all the men? The air-strikes were designed to disable Gaddafi's air- capability, and his tanks. It wasn't targeting large populations of people- civilian or otherwise.

Are you seriously making the claim that you'd actually support the Pres. if he said we're going into N.Korea, Congo, Cote d'ivore, etc?

They are no more or less innocent depending on the amount of oil in their soil. I'd be fine with us going into other nations to help those being slaughtered as well... But that doesn't mean that I don't think we should have saved lives in Libia too. So if your argument is that we should be doing this in MORE places... We're in agreement.
