This is what pisses me off about Fareed Zakaria
Michael Hayden: I can't imagine any president would've passed on this opportunity to go after bin laden

Yes they would. His boss did. He decided to go to Iraq. No followup from Fareed. Very annoying.

1. And after Lawrence O'Donnell wiped the floor with Ms.Rice last week...
Zakaria's interview with her today was pretty weak kneed.

I usually like his program and it's one of Sunday's best. But not today.

Hayden was doing his job to rewrite history and Zakaria let him do it. Time for an email.

3. Fareed was an early proponent of the Iraq war
It was only later that he became a critic of how it was run and goals.

It is said that he almost got a job with the Bush administration

5. I like Fareed alot, but his "interview" with Condi was nauseating.
She is so full of shit it was oozing out of every pore. That whole Bush crowd is so fucking jealous and desperate to get some of the "Bin Laden" glory, they're making complete fools of themselves with their shameless self-congratulation.

6. He's good at appearing deep, but he's just another free-market corporate globalist.

7. Fareed "Iraq War and Losing Your Job to Globalization Is Good For You" Zakaria
Edited on Sun May-08-11 05:17 PM by brentspeak
Zakaria is a mediocre corporate America media apologist whose C.V. is that he's an Indian immigrant who graduated from Yale. No penetrating intellect or insight or special ability of any kind.

8. Fareed jumped on the "courageous Paul Ryan" bandwagon too
His recent articles advocating the virtues of slashing Social Security and Medicare have turned me against him.

10. Never cared for him.
The word 'toady' comes to mind.

'Lickspittle' is a little too harsh, but his fawning approachs that level sometimes.

11. I don't get it.
The opportunity in question was the one where we found out where OBL's house was. Bush wouldn't have passed on that opportunity, would he?
