Half-Gov Youbetcha
I've been calling Sarah Palin that since about two months after she resigned. Earlier today, I used the description again in the comments section of a HuffPo story, and a couple of people responded that it was a really good sobriquet, and could they use it? I said, "sure, go ahead," and then realized I've been using it here as well.

So, if you like it, feel free to use it. There's no copyright. :-)
