"...a President Palin would..."
Sister Sarah just said that to Chris Wallace.

She's speaking third-person of herself.

The Loon is running. I guarantee it.

1. The loon would like us to "think" she is going to run, and make million$ from the charade.
She is not going to actually run.

2. That's what I think, too, and I hope we are correct. I don't agree with those
who say she culd never be elected. Part of our electorate is just as dumb as se is and think she would do a wonderful job.

4. If Palin became the nominee
and I highly doubt she would, she could never make it through a presidential campaign. She's a quitter by nature...taking the easy way out when things get rough, as a presidential candiate she could never "cherry pick" what news organizations she'll talk to, she hates being on the hot seat and would be forced to actually address issues that would appeal to independent voters. I can't see this woman having the stamina, resolve, intelligence and work ethic needed to get through a tough campaign, plus all the criticism that goes along with being a presidential candidate. I could not even imagine her going up against Obama in a debate, I mean this is a woman who is scared to be interviewed by Katie Curic!

I know George Bush is also an idiot and he won the presidency, but he at least he won the governorship of a major state twice, not that this makes him smart, but he also comes from a powerful political family and he had his father's political forces behind him. Also, George Bush won his first term at a time when the country was at peace, the economy stable, etc., and the second term when the political strategy was to scare the living daylights out of citizens into believing terrorists were hiding in dumpsters down the street. That strategy worked in '04 but I highly doubt that now, given Obama's recent capture of OBL and political chops regarding national security. Palin is detested by the upper echelons of the GOP and I just can't see her being the nominee

5. well, (*) actually cheated both times
and don't think that strategy isn't still in the bag of tricks of the GOP, no matter who runs. However, my theory is that the rethugs really don't want the white house in 2012 -- too may gigantic problems for which they have no solutions. They'll be looking to win more congressional seats in 2012 to bring the country down even further. Their obstructionism will continue so 2016 will be a sure thing for the 'saviors' in the rethug party, perhaps with Jeb leading the ticket. And frankly, the palinista won't want to play second fiddle again, so she wouldn't be the VP nominee.

7. I've been thinking the same thing
They seem to be putting their energy and money into local and state politics, as well as congress. They don't need the White House if they control everything else. That will give them until 2016 to groom a presentable candidate (puppet) for president.

6. I agree with you
She doesn't want to work at anything, she wants the attention and the money. The republican party would never let her get nominated. I think they just wish she'd go away.

13. She doesn't have to win....

She just has to have the "official" electronic vote results say she did, and have some"official" pole numbers and paid political shills, er I mean "pundits", tell us not to be surprised. We still need to be very afraid, as we are still almost completely owned by the corporate powers that be.

Does this mean I'm paranoid? Yup. Should we all be? I'd say most definitely.

3. A President Palin will finally bring the teabaggers right out in the
open to put what she has wanted all along. A theocracy government. If you don't agree with her. You'll be getting a visit from the FBI, IRS and just like all her good little nazi they will live high on the slave workforce while all of us will struggle. GOD HELP this country if she gets elected. The government of the worlds will retreat from us.

10. A President Palin would first have to survive the 18-month circus
that is Candidate Palin's campaign.

Sarah hates the media and she hates being covered in anything but the most favorable light. She's too thin-skinned to win the Presidency.

12. ...take a victory lap tour, tear up Michelle's garden,
re-model the White House with taxpayer dollars, and then quit after a hissyfit about something that didn't go her way.

"I hate this damn job!"

14.  I'm thinkin' Vice President Palin, maybe.......
Comes with the perks she craves, few of the responsibilities she detests. She would "balance the ticket" for Mittens or Timmeh, and could lead the charge for the wrecking of the social safety net and the Constitution.
She could have a lobotomy and still come off smarter than Quayle.......
