Its easy to complain.

Standing on a neighbor's doorstep and talking about and selling local politicians is not easy and boring for most.

If Obama had 51 percent PROGRESSIVE LIBERAL House - he would be governing very differently.

1. You said it!
He hasn't had a true majority since taking office. The people I know are going to focus more energy on local reps so we can one day get that true majority. Clinton had it rough, but not even close to how rough Obama has it, because this lot is a helluva lot worse than Gingrich ever was.

6. He had more than chimpy ever had and squandered it taking
dems with him. I refuse to believe you people think the enthusiasm will be as great for obama in 2012 as it was in 08. Seriously. The cuts will be kicking in, the economy will still be in depression and he will brag saying I fired you kids teacher or I', the reason you can't find a doctor to take you on Medicare????????

2. I have held out for hope ...until this weekend.
I am no longer as hopeful as you are. I feel like my time would be better spent looking out for my family. 2008 we busted our humps for Obama, donated and opened our home to out of town Obama personnel. Unless I see something different in the next six months I don't see our family doing that. Really. Fool me once.....

I am disgusted that DC gets nothing done and now we have signed on to look at this debacle again in six months. Who gets paid for not producing? Politicians I guess.

On a side note, look at this crappy spell check. After three years as President and we can't even get the guys name in it. There is no hope.

3. Well, we did that in 2008.
We elected Obama and a big Democratic majority in House and Senate in 2008.

It may be easy, but it is not pleasant to have to complain about how all that momentum has been squandered by a hapless Democratic president.

4. Did he motivate us? Only during his running for office. The rest of the time it's been...
"let's work nicely with the GOP."

For Obama's campaign I took 1 week of vacation to dedicate to that. I gave money. I canvassed till the last second. I drove people to the polls.

5. Nonsense. Obama is part of the problem, not the solution
