Since companies claim that it is the shareholders that require them to move
out of the country so they can pay lower taxes.

Why don't we have higher taxes on dividends and capital gains derived from companies that have their headquarters located outside the USA?

4. We should require a votte of shareholders before they can
move any operations overseas and/or lay off large numbers of employees. Also, we need an annual vote on whether to keep the CEO and on his/her salary and benefits.
