Even so, Sheriff Arpaio said nearly 300 people have asked him to do some digging.

“I’m listening to my constituents; they asked me to look at it. When I get complaints on anybody whether
politicians or anyone else, I don't throw it in the waste basket,” said the Sheriff.

Arpaio said his cold case posse of volunteers are not investigating, but inquiring.

“They're looking into it to see if there is any smoke there," he said. "Once they’re done I'll look at it and see
if there's any jurisdiction that I have, as a county sheriff. If I feel there isn't, maybe I'll give it to other authorities in the state."

The Presidency of the United States is not like being elected Sheriff, when most any one can run and win, then legally be the Sheriff.

Arpaio is delusional and under the impression that he's a United States Sheriff instead of a county Sheriff in Arizona.

If they say yes, and it is not, it will be easier to prove corruption of an office clerk that of the POTUS, who would have be proven to be part of the corruption, after the proof of corruption is put forward.

Why double up on the burden of proof?

Find some underling who can be bought off and run with it. Just don't ever take it to court where the underling would suddenly face a jail term if they were caught lying.
