CNN Poll: 46 Percent of All Voters and 39 Percent of Republicans Want Cain to End Campaign
The CNN/ORC survey of 1,036 "adults," taken from November 11 to 13, is the first truly horrendous poll we've seen for Herman Cain. The headline: Newt Gingrich has absorbed his support and moved into a solid second place. The reason: Herman Cain has been hobbled by his scandal. I'll just break out the key results, which CNN has packaged next to results during Clarence Thomas's travails.

2. When a poll is worded with such a narrow focus
it seems like the pollsters are mining for a certain result.

5. The 39% are the ones that would've made excellent members of the Nazi Party
In the Third Reich, they would've been the lackeys, told to do something and they'd do it to a T.

9. I guess I just have zero respect for all Republicans. If they were well-meaning...
they wouldn't be Republicans.

10. Put a fork in him--
he's done! Now, the question is: who will get his votes? Looks like that old corrupt, Pillsbury dough boy, Newt! Romney has only gone up 1pt., but I still think he will be the nominee.....

11. ONLY 46%???!!!! *faints dead*
I guess those numbers will go up after his "twirling! twirling!!" fiasco. If they don't, that just means that 50% of Americans are using his campaign for entertainment purposes.
