BLACK FRIDAY police brutality at Walmart

Let me first say that as a retired N.J.State Correction Officer I'm not liking the increase in some of my fellow Police Officers conduct around the Country as of late.I saw this even in the Prison where I worked at before retiring in June of this year these young guys and in some cases females to come out of the Academy thinking there job is to be a HARD ASS officer to everybody and as a result we are seeing Officers around the Country acting like idiots this video is HEART WRENCHING to watch because that might be somebodies father, brother, husband or even son. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE03xl9cUns&feature=youtu.be

hard ass. The increased militarization of police forces has increased the us vs them mentality and a military thought process

Protect and serve are mee words these days...

I like to look for sociological reasons for some of this crap in order to be able to reverse it.

4. The militarization of law enforcement has been going on since the '80s...

and now we are seeing the fruits of this degenerate attitude.

2. One other thing I'm glad a lot of this BRUTALIZING of citizens is getting the media attention

and that is only because EVERYBODY is walking around with a phone or iPhone with a built in camera to capture this shit

3. It's the leadership. They're following orders and we all know it

If their precinct captains told them to exercise restraint they would. It's that simple. So far we haven't seen a single supervisor or precinct captain say a thing against their men no matter how abusive they are. There's a reason for that. The bosses are not only condoning it but they probably send them out there with the encouraging words, "Crack some heads today!!"
