I will refrain from the normal sarcastic comment about Cain, like after he endorses Gingrich Cain is expected to become a celebrity endorser for

"ChristianMingle.com" (thiknk about it, it would be a perfect match for all of those scared to death of falling in love with a Jew, Muslim or Buddhist) as it would be beneath me to do so.

More cyanide at Romney headquarters as another Presidential campaign turns to ashes. Unable to out power that dynamo McCain who travelled by himself and trounced Romney with a few bucks he is seeing the crowded anti Romney caucus whittle down to a one on one battle.

Their only hope was that there would be multiple "anybody but THAT guy" candidates splitting the field so that Romney's incredibly low 25% would look significant.

Speaking of sipping cyanide what do you think Tim Pawlenty is thinking right now. If he hadn't ejaculated out of the race so early he would be the only credible alternative to Romney and would be leading in Iowa.

Rather than being a clown car this Republican field is more like the SNL parody of Jepordy where contestants engage in long pauses as they try so hard to remember exactly what part of the government they were going to take a hatchet to and what country they were going to shut non existent embassies to.

5. Yes but I refused to make that comment.

I only cited it as an example of the kind of comment I COULD make should I stoop so low.

4. One GOP clown car, coming right up!

But don't be surprised if he doesn't come through: Cain may not realize that endorsing another candidate now will mean that his campaign is no longer suspended but officially ended -- which means no matching funds and Secret Service protection (which he probably still needs due to this wife).

22. Update: At the risk of being called an I-told-you-so
Spokespersons from Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich have denied media reports claiming the former Godfather’s Pizza CEO would be backing the new GOP frontrunner on Monday...

12. What an endorsement!
It's like saying "I'm a cad and a philanderer, but Newt Gingrich is my hero".
This isn't exactly an endorsement from the American Family Council.

I don't know how the RNC will do the switcheroo with Romney, only that they will.

Perfect endorsement! Perfect!

"We, the Family Values Superheroes, hope that you, the voting public, suspend all critical thinking and see what a good thing this is. Believe us, our politics are just like our family values."
