Should PressTV be considered an appropriate source to link to on DU?

This propaganda arm of the Iranian government has been the go-to source for stories by one DUer of late. I fail to see the difference between posting stories from this site and any of the various hate sites DU does not allow posters to link to, especially when the story is as inflammatory (and clearly bullshit) as this one: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=439&topic_id=200454&mesg_id=200454

It appears that the OP did make clear it was unconfirmed, and the mods did eventually shut down the thread. So I'm not overly concerned.
