I don't understand why the mod on duty at 4AM decided this belonged in the Lounge instead of GD

Discussion of food pricing isn't funny. But threads about country music and threads about looting on the 21st remained in GD.

I'd like an opinion and explanation please.

For future reference, is there a specific criteria that the Mods apply to threads in GD that would disqualify them from GD forcing them to be placed in another forum, or is it at the discretion of the Mod on duty.
