Question about ignore.
Would it be a good idea to make ignore lists public somehow?

You never know whether you are actually talking to someone or just broadcasting if they happen to have you on ignore. If they can't read your post there's less incentive to waste time replying (unless you want to just broadcast).

Some posters seem to leave the impression they have fairly extensive ignore lists and are using DU as a soapbox without any interest in discussion.

Or have I just pissed off almost everybody on this board? :evilgrin:

1. I don't think we want to make ignore lists public.
I think one of the nice things about ignore is that the person you are ignoring does not know that they are being ignored. No hard feelings, no need to justify yourself.
