Do you allow non-US DUers to serve as mods?

(I think this has been asked before, but can't find the thread: ATA might be a good place to stash the answer. :) )

Non-US DUers are more than welcome to apply to serve as mods. We have a few right now in fact.

2. Thanks. Sorry, a follow up...

Do you keep forms from applicants who aren't accepted?

For instance, if I applied in 2008, but wasn't selected, would you still have the form on file? Or do you just keep them for accepted mods?

(Cause scanning is hard. ;) )
