Pearl Harbor was ordered by a GOVERNMENT. It was one nation's attack on another nation.

Al qaida was a government? OF WHAT NATION?

Do you think it was smart or the height of stupidity to elevate al qaida to a nation state and bin Ladin to a chief of state?

Scale. Talk about lacking a sense of proportion.

An act of war has to come from an organized country in my book.

Also, this particular landmark crime of 9/11 still has many questions and strange curiosities that have never been fully explored.

Definitely needs to be investigated some more.
