....UBL would not fund it if they allowed Americans in. Seriously, if you had the kind of money UBL had access to, what better way to hide than buy a military base? You just know he was paying dearly for the protection. I would be checking the bank accounts of all the base commanders and the local police chief. If they find large deposits, shoot em in the fucking eye!
