Did you know that 50 to 60 percent of the engineering that went into building it was done UNDER THE CITY? No shit! Fountains, drainage, aqueducts, terraces, water-and -land management that will blow your mind.

I'm series,.!!11!

2. Watched it the other day - great information in it
But I got a shock at the end. NOVA is sponsored by David Koch. :puke:

12. Yeah, but it made me wince.
I feel as though NOVA is tarnished for being associated with the Kochs even if only peripherally.

5. Hmm... I wonder if I will be able to see that on HULU later...
I think they carry some NOVA programs. Sometimes, having given up the cable is a drag. ;)

7. I agree...gave up cable two years ago. Usually doesn't matter,
but there are times that it sucks.

15. Don't forget to go to Sacsayhuamán

It's just a few minutes outside Cusco and worth a look at the huge
stones the Incas somehow put one on top of the other. (sorry for such large pix)

I was there many years ago.

Have a "buen viaje."
